How do I know my personal information is secure?
FiveStar collects your name and email address strictly for the vendors who participate in our monthly programs. You will only receive emails once per month with timely offers from those participating vendors. All information is strictly FiveStars and once a vendor leaves the FiveStar vendor partnership, they leave with only the emails they contributed. Absolutely no other companies will have access to membership data, ensuring your information is secure.
How do I redeem the FiveStar offers?
It's easy. You will receive an email once per month with a list of generous offers from vendors. You can click through any offer to visit the FiveStar website, print off your offer and bring it into the store to redeem OR you can bring up the email while in store on a handheld device such as your cell phone or blackberry to redeem to the offer.
Can I go back for the same offer again?
You may redeem each offer from each vendor participating in that month's specials; however, you may not redeem the same offer with the same vendor twice in one month.
Can others in my party receive the offer if they are not members?
To redeem offers you must sign in with your FiveStar membership in order to see the barcode associated with the offer, so receivers of the offer must be FiveStar members. Encourage your friends to sign up!
What happens if I have a bad experience with a FiveStar vendor?
At FiveStar, we want you to experience the best. We also put high value into being transparent companies with all aspects of customer service. If you have a bad experience with a vendor, you're able to talk about it on this website under Star Power. We also encourage you to discuss your experience if you have a great experience. We want to know who is doing a great job of taking care of their customers.
Can I actually unsubscribe at anytime?
